My journey into creative wellness/entrepreneurship with NOVA Essence Inside Out began not with a business plan, but with a profound personal transformation, a life saving experience & a testament to God's grace & healing. I found myself in a truly dark space, grappling with a mind that felt heavy and uninspired.

It was during this period that I discovered the immense power of shifting my internal landscape, guided by a quiet faith. Simply expressing little moments of gratitude, acknowledging the smallest blessings, began to sweeten life in unexpected ways, revealing His hand in every detail. This personal revelation sparked a deep conviction: if I, by His grace, could find my way back to light, others could too.

This experience led me to understand that true creativity and impact stem from a "Natural Optimistic Vivacious Ambiance" – the NOVA at the heart of my business. It's about cultivating an inner environment, rooted in peace, where optimism, vitality, and authentic self-expression can flourish. NOVA Essence Inside Out was born from this vision: a holistic approach combining mindfulness, creative exploration, and practical skill-building to help individuals unlock their full potential, from the "inside out."
