Alyssa Chambers is a faith-rooted wellness advocate & coach (Coach ACE…Affirming Creative Expressions)and Founder & CEO of NOVA Essence Inside Out LLC (NOVA EssenceIO), an affirmation- driven brand committed to making self-care accessible, transformative, creative, and inclusive. Through Winnie’s Way Mobile Candle Café, workshops, and community events, Alyssa creates healing-centered spaces that blend mindfulness, creativity, and connection—serving youth, families, and organizations across Long Island and New York City.

With over six years of candle-crafting experience and a strong foundation in trauma-informed and inclusive program facilitation, Alyssa designs experiences rooted in affirmation practices and culturally responsive wellness. Her work blends candle-making, journaling, mindfulness, and sensory-based self-care to offer practical tools for stress relief, self-expression, and resilience—especially for Black women and youth of color.

Professionally, Alyssa serves as an Assistant Vice President in Wealth Management Strategy & Initiatives at Morgan Stanley and is Co-Chair of Morgan Stanley’s NABA (National Association of Black Accountants). She also serves as Youth President at Westbury Divine Church of God. Alyssa earned her BBA from Pace University and her MS in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College, bringing both purpose and excellence to every space she leads.
