Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with NOVA Essence Inside Out LLC (“NOVA EssenceIO”). Because many of our items are handmade and/or personal-care related, we have the following policy:
All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a damaged item or a product defect.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at anovainsideout@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement (when available) or store credit, at our discretion.
Workshops, Creative Cafe Sessions & event bookings
Workshop tickets, Creative cafe session bookings, deposits, and event bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible—depending on the event, we may be able to transfer your spot to a future date or issue a credit (not guaranteed).
Shipping issues
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or misdelivery after confirmed delivery.
