Pocket of Peace: Intentional Presence Course

Twelve weeks to come back to yourself.

You are the one everyone leans on. The planner. The fixer. The strong one. Pocket of Peace is where you finally get to set it down.

This is NOVA EssenceIO's signature intentional presence coaching program. It is guided, trauma-informed, and rooted in faith. Over twelve weeks, you will build a daily practice of presence, learn tools to steady yourself when life gets loud, and reconnect with the woman underneath all that responsibility.
