Rooted is where the body comes home to itself. In our Aromatherapy Somatic Relief flow, a blend of yoga flow and Pilates fusion pairs with intentional breathwork and the calming presence of essential oils. Creating space to build strength, release what you have been carrying, and return to a quieter center. Each class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect, whether you come with a regular practice or step onto the mat for the very first time.
This is more than a class. It is a Pocket of Peace held for you. Throughout each session, we weave in NOVA Essence Inside Out's Pocket of Peace framework as gentle reflective prompts, grounding thoughts to move with during the practice and to carry and hold on to long after you leave the mat.
